Some Common Questions & Answers
How many baskets of laundry do I actually have?
• Pricing was formulated using a standard pop-up mesh basket (24 inches height, 14 inches wide & deep).
• Do your best to eyeball the amount or measure with your own baskets, then select from the 3 tier options.
• The folder will assess the amount and communicate if you have more or less than the estimated amount at booking.
Can I have the folder put my laundry away?
Yes! For an extra charge of $15 the folder can assist with putting your clothes away. The customer will need to provide clear direction and guidance during the process.
How should I prepare before my folder arrives?
This is entirely up to you and what you are comfortable with. Popular places for folding to take place are the living room couch, dining room table, and bedrooms. To prepare for the appointment, just be sure to have all of your clean laundry you need assistance with in an appropriate place.
How long should I expect the folder to be in my home?
This depends on the amount of laundry you need assistance with, but generally appointments can range from 45-90 minutes from start to finish.
